How everyday shopping is changing

Three moments from the procurement cycle — with and without treasure.

Entrance
Without treasure
Each vendor contract comes in its own third-party format. Hours of manual reading per contract - or the review is no longer necessary.
With treasure
Upload is enough. Treasure reads the vendor contract, compares clauses against confirmed procurement guidelines and prepares a justified risk light.
Negotiation
Without treasure
Standard counterclaims (liability, SLAs, audit rights) are reformulated every time - differently for each buyer.
With treasure
Treasure suggests your stored counter positions as a finished redline - consistently across the entire procurement team.
Administration
Without treasure
Auto-renewal clauses are hidden in the contract text. Suppliers automatically renew, no one notices - until the invoice comes.
With treasure
Treasure extracts terms, renewal and termination provisions as contract data — filterable and exportable. Automatic reminders (e.g. 90/60/30 days in advance): coming soon.
Three levers

What makes shopping with Treasure better

Treasure addresses three key procurement risks.

Entrance exam
Every incoming vendor contract can be reviewed against confirmed procurement and legal rules - with risk lights and justification for each clause.
Bargaining power
Your standard opposing positions on liability, SLAs and audit rights are stored as redlines. Treasure suggests them automatically — you negotiate from a position of consistency.
Contract data & audit trail
All supplier contracts in one place: terms, termination provisions and renewals as contract data — searchable and exportable. Every review decision documented in the audit trail, with immutable versions.

From a third-party format to a justified redline: This is how Treasure prepares to review a supplier contract against your guidelines.

Prepare rules from samples

Upload sample contracts, describe confirmed positions in your own words — or import existing internal rules directly.

Cross-check rules

Treasure clearly shows each rule — you confirm what should apply in the review process.

Have contracts checked

Via website, API or simply by email to your Treasure inbox - we will collect the contract.

Red Flags, Yellow Flags & Green Light

Treasure compares contracts with confirmed rules — hits are marked in the document and redlines are suggested.

Correct the red flag — explain it once

Click on a red flag and write why it's ok for you - the correction is captured as a proposal for your knowledge base.

The system learns

Once you approve your correction, the next review takes it into account — the knowledge base knows your standards.

Accept & save

Accept all suggestions and save them as a new version in Treasure. Sending to the counterparty (negotiation rounds): coming soon.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions from procurement

“How does Legal stay involved with contract review?”

Legal confirms the rule and approval corridor. Treasure shows procurement which positions lie within this corridor and which deviations need to be given to Legal with context. The technical decision remains with the responsible people.

“Our supplier contracts come in all sorts of formats – does it still work?”

Yes. Treasure reads Word, PDF and scanned documents - regardless of how the supplier has structured their template. The comparison runs against your content guidelines, not against a format pattern.

“We already have a contract archive / DMS.”

Many repositories store contracts without analysing them. Treasure does not replace your archive but adds the steps before and after: intake review, redlining, extracted contract data. Today you import your existing contracts via folder upload; connection to DMS or SharePoint: coming soon.

“How do I provide evidence of test decisions in the audit?”

Every step is documented: which rule was applied, why, who released it and when - with a time stamp. The audit trail can be exported as CSV.

“What about GDPR and our supplier data?”

Processing in EU data centres (AWS Frankfurt; AI via EU regions of AWS, Google and Microsoft), no training on your data, ISO 27001-certified information security. The provider is the German company boutiq ai GmbH, based near Munich.
