“Is the system replacing me?”
No. Treasure prepares checks and proposals based on the rules you confirm. Legal decides on standards, escalations and corrections and maintains control at every critical handover point.
“How is Treasure different from Harvey or Libra?”
In our assessment, Harvey and Libra are primarily geared towards individual legal work. Treasure combines the review with HubSpot, approvals and documented company rules. Sales and procurement receive orientation; Decisions outside the confirmed corridor remain legal.
“Why not just ChatGPT?”
The chat interface lacks a fixed review standard confirmed by Legal and a matter-based audit trail per contract and version as in Treasure. Treasure adds workflow integration, confirmed company rules as well as traceable documentation of reviews and approvals.
“Can I trust the check without reading every contract?”
Every traffic light comes with a reason: Treasure shows per clause which of your rules was applied and why. Samples and corrections flow back into the system once you approve them — that is how you calibrate the standard. In addition: 4 weeks unrestricted right of withdrawal with full refund.
“What about confidentiality and data protection?”
Processing in EU data centres (AWS Frankfurt; AI via EU regions of AWS, Google and Microsoft), no training with client or contract data, ISO 27001-certified information security. Treasure is designed for the requirements of Section 43e BRAO and Section 203 StGB (our own assessment). The provider is the German company boutiq ai GmbH, based near Munich.
