How everyday CM life is changing
Four moments from contract management — with and without treasure.
What Treasure can do for contract managers
The CLM CM teams really need — not more storage, but a working system.
From the stack of documents to the knowledge base: this is how your contract knowledge moves into the system - and stays there, even when people leave (knowledge graph: coming soon).
Treasure reads contracts via upload and folder upload; you maintain your company knowledge as knowledge base articles. Automatically building an ontology from contracts and databases: coming soon.
Today: a wiki with knowledge base articles. Coming soon: a connected knowledge graph that makes relationships visible.
You can edit articles directly in the wiki — new rules, your own standards, comments.
Planned: a pool of up-to-date legal knowledge maintained by us, marked in its own colour and linked to your company knowledge.
When a contract comes in, Treasure draws on matching knowledge base articles from your knowledge (legal pool: coming soon).
Relevant articles are included in the contract - as red flags, yellow flags or notes, always with a source link.
Corrections are captured as proposals and flow into the knowledge base once you approve them.
A day in the everyday life of a contract manager
Five typical activities with less searching, typing and version matching.
Your contract inventory, searchable.
You import your contracts via folder upload; the SharePoint or Drive connection is coming soon. In the demo we show what Treasure extracts from your contracts. Measurable in the 10-day Proof Sprint: baseline and ROI on your contracts.
Folder upload · Template library · Plain-language search · Contract data
Frequently asked questions from contract managers
“We already have a DMS / SharePoint – isn’t that enough?”
Many repositories store contracts without analysing them. Treasure does not replace your SharePoint but makes your inventory searchable and analysable: today you import it via folder upload; the direct SharePoint connection is coming soon.
“Do we have to migrate and tag all contracts first?”
Import yes, tagging no: you upload your inventory via folder upload, and Treasure automatically classifies it and extracts contract type, parties, terms and termination provisions. No manual tagging project is needed. Reading directly from SharePoint: coming soon.
“What happens if our most experienced colleague leaves?”
That is what the knowledge base and clause library are for: decisions, standards and special cases are recorded there with versions. The knowledge lives in the system, not just in people's heads - the team asks Treasure, not the grapevine.
“Why not just run ChatGPT over the contracts?”
The chat interface lacks a fixed review standard confirmed by Legal and a matter-based audit trail per contract and version. Treasure adds this workflow and governance layer, connected to HubSpot and the email inbox.
“What about GDPR?”
Processing in EU data centres (AWS Frankfurt; AI via EU regions of AWS, Google and Microsoft), no training on your data, ISO 27001-certified information security. The provider is the German company boutiq ai GmbH, based near Munich.
The mass-litigation operating model
Case data model, choosing outside counsel and maturity self-assessments for the switch from one-off handling to running cases in series.
