Salesforce integration · Coming soon

Coming soon: Contract management directly from the opportunity.

From closing to signing — without your team leaving Salesforce.

Coming soon: The Salesforce integration is in preparation and not yet available. This page describes the planned scope. Enquire now to be put on the pilot list. Available today: HubSpot integration, e-mail intake, API keys and the MCP server for ChatGPT and Claude.

Treasure Contracts complements your Salesforce processes: Every incoming contract matter can be reviewed against confirmed rules directly on the opportunity. Risky deviations are routed to Legal with context, results and approvals are documented in an auditable manner. Sales is meant to keep working in Salesforce.

Three Salesforce docking points

Treasure works where your sales team works today — Opportunity, Flow and Contract Object.

Opportunity → Contract
Start a contract draft from released account, contact and product data with just one click - without having to transfer it manually again.
Integrated initial review
Salesforce Flows can have every incoming contract matter reviewed against confirmed rules. Sales does not need to request the review separately from Legal.
Routing, Audit & Contract Object
Risky deviations go to Legal with context. Status, check and approval are documented in an auditable manner and selected data is written back to the contract object.
From opportunity to signature

This means that the contract process remains visible on the opportunity.

Planned process: draft, AI review, redline, approval, signature — triggered from Salesforce, according to your rules.

Redlining

Treasure highlights critical clauses directly in the contract.

Changes

Formulations are prepared according to confirmed rules.

approval

The responsible role releases the contract internally.

Ready for signature

Ready to close - the contract can go out.

Shipping

The contract goes to the signatories for e-signature.

Deal closed

Signed and documented in the audit trail.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We already use Salesforce CLM / another CLM — do we still need Treasure?
Treasure does not replace your system of record, but supports the steps before signing: drafting from opportunity data, checking against confirmed rules and approval routing. It runs in or alongside your existing system.
Does our sales department need to learn a new tool?
The goal of the planned integration: your sales team keeps working in Salesforce and sees review result and status on the opportunity. Your legal department maintains rules and approvals in Treasure.
Is our data leaving Salesforce or the EU?
The plan is for Treasure to read only the Salesforce fields you release. Treasure processes data in EU data centres (AWS Frankfurt; AI via EU regions of AWS, Google and Microsoft). The provider is the German company boutiq ai GmbH, based near Munich. No training on customer data, ISO 27001 certified information security, designed for the requirements of § 43e BRAO and § 203 StGB (our own assessment).
Why not just ChatGPT for the contract draft?
An AI model alone is not a contract process. Treasure adds Salesforce integration, confirmed company rules and comprehensible documentation of assessment and approval.
