Three steps to the design

Planned: Treasure combines approved templates, confirmed rules and deal data into a reviewable draft.

Template selection
Treasure selects the template based on configured deal characteristics. Your team will see which Legal-approved version is being used.
Data filling
Approved HubSpot properties flow into the placeholders: contractual partner, address, products, prices and conditions - without re-typing.
Clause adjustment
If the deal has special conditions (e.g. longer payment terms), Treasure selects the matching clauses from your approved clause library based on rules — within the rules your legal department has defined.

Why not just let ChatGPT write the contract?
An AI model alone does not represent a reliable contract process. Treasure adds HubSpot integration, confirmed company rules and traceable documentation of design, testing and approval.
We already have a CPQ/CLM — what makes Treasure different?
CPQ calculates quotes, a CLM manages contracts. Treasure adds template selection, rule-based clause selection for special conditions and review against your legal department’s rules. It does not replace your system of record. Creating contracts directly from HubSpot deals is coming soon.
Does Legal maintain control over what the AI generates?
Yes. Legal confirms templates, rules and escalation limits. Treasure shows deviations and forwards them to the responsible person according to the approval logic.
Where are the AI models running, what happens to our data?
Treasure processes data in EU data centres (AWS Frankfurt; AI via EU regions of AWS, Google and Microsoft). The provider is the German company boutiq ai GmbH, based near Munich. No training on customer data, ISO 27001 certified information security, designed for the requirements of § 43e BRAO and § 203 StGB (our own assessment).
