Treasure Sign · e-signature

Sign where the contract is created anyway.

e-signature as part of the contract process — not as the next tool change.

Treasure Sign brings the approved final version directly for signature. Signature fields, signatories, status and audit trail remain linked to review and approval. Sales continues to work in CRM; Legal keeps an eye on the version, decision and evidence.

Signature in context

Why a signature tool alone is often not enough

Adobe Acrobat Sign, DocuSign and HubSpot handle signatures reliably. Treasure Sign starts earlier and carries the contract forward after signing. The comparison covers the signature products (DocuSign eSignature, Adobe Acrobat Sign, HubSpot e-signatures for quotes); DocuSign offers separate CLM/IAM products, and Adobe offers further products as well.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which electronic signatures does Treasure Sign support?
Treasure Sign supports simple electronic signatures for typical business contracts: PAdES signature with RFC 3161 timestamp and audit certificate. The qualified electronic signature (QES) is coming soon. Treasure Sign is the Signature module (€400/month net, included from Business; simple signatures without volume limit). Which signature level is legally and internally required is determined in the implementation project.
Do signers need a Treasure account?
No. Signers receive a secure link and can complete the designated signature process in the browser. Your internal team tracks the status in the associated contract matter.
How is Treasure Sign different from HubSpot e-signature?
HubSpot provides electronic signatures as part of its Quote feature in Revenue Hub Professional and Enterprise. Treasure Sign is focused on contracts and combines signature with verification, redlining, approval, audit trail and contract management — even if the process starts in HubSpot.
Replaces Treasure Sign Adobe Acrobat Sign or DocuSign?
If you are primarily looking for a very broad, standalone signature platform for numerous document types and global specialized requirements, Adobe Acrobat Sign or DocuSign may be a more suitable choice. Treasure Sign is particularly strong when the signature is intended to be part of an end-to-end, legally controlled contract process.
How are documents and signature data protected?
Treasure is operated with ISO 27001-certified information security, processes data in EU data centres (AWS Frankfurt; AI via EU regions of AWS, Google and Microsoft) and does not use customer data to train AI models. Signature status, document version and audit events remain assigned to the respective contract matter.
