How is Treasure different from Harvey or other legal AI?

Harvey, Legora, and Ivo are tools for lawyers and law firms. Treasure Contracts is a tool for the whole company: Legal sets the review rules once, and sales, procurement, and other teams check contracts themselves, inside defined guardrails. Treasure is also a German product with EU hosting and GDPR compliance.

What is the legal ontology?

The knowledge model behind Treasure. It connects general legal knowledge with the specific knowledge of your company and learns from every correction. The result is a digital legal twin that reviews by your standard.

Does Treasure check only legally or also commercially?

Both. The legal check reviews clauses against your playbook; the commercial check matches prices, terms, payment periods, and SLAs against your rules and your CRM data.

 

Do we have to migrate our existing contracts?

No. Treasure reads existing contracts in place, in SharePoint or Google Drive. There's no data migration. Your existing archive becomes searchable.
